CS:GO is a tactical first-person shooter set in the modern world. The game pits two teams -- the Terrorists and the Counter-Terrorists -- against each other in short fast-paced rounds. A team wins by completing an objective set at the beginning of the round, such as planting or defusing a bomb. Players are rewarded with in-game currency for winning rounds, killing enemies, and accomplishing tasks. They can use this currency to buy weapons and perks between rounds.
