This Privacy Policy applies to Groupflows’ online productivity tools and platform, including the associated Groupflows services and anywhere that Groupflows can be accessed by you (collectively, the "Services"), Groupflows.com, and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, user conferences, etc.) you may have with Groupflows. Information Groupflows Collects and Receives
Groupflows will collect and receive information through operating the Services and through other interactions with Groupflows. Groupflows adheres to a limited scope with which Groupflows processes your data, and the legitimate business purposes for which Groupflows processes such data. Compliance With A Legal Obligation
Groupflows processes Other Information when Groupflows complies with a legal obligation including to access, preserve or disclose certain information if there is a valid legal request from a regulator, law enforcement, or others. For example, a search warrant or production order from law enforcement to provide information in relation to an investigation, such as your profile picture or IP address.
Groupflows uses account information, Usage information, Cookie information, Third-Party Services Information, Contact information, Third-Party data, and additional information provided to Groupflows for compliance with a legal obligation.
Business Purposes
We rely on Groupflows' legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third-party where they are not outweighed by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms ("legitimate interests"). Groupflows uses account information and Usage information for the following legitimate interests:

Groupflows does not control how a Customer or any third party chooses to share or disclose Information.
Third-Party Service Providers and Partners
Groupflows may engage third-party companies or individuals as service providers or business partners to process Information and support Groupflows' business. Groupflows will never sell your personal Information to third parties for any reason, including lead generation and market research. Groupflows will only share Information with third parties under the following circumstances:
- Data Storage Groupflows stores data on servers run by other companies in order to provide the Services and functionality users require. For example, Groupflows stores certain forms of Information (such as images uploaded by users) on Amazon Web Services. Information that is shared with third parties for this reason is only shared to the extent necessary to render Groupflows' Services.
- User Authentication Groupflows utilizes Third-Party security providers to authenticate user login credentials. This is done in order to maintain a higher level of user account security than Groupflows could provide unassisted. Information that is shared with third parties for this reason is only shared to the extent necessary to authenticate users' credentials when they access the Services.
- Professional Advisers Groupflows may share your Information with professional advisers acting as services providers, processors, or vendors - including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services, and to the extent Groupflows is legally obliged to share or have a legitimate interest in sharing your Information with said advisers.
- Investors Groupflows may share Information with Third-Party investors who have invested in Groupflows corporate stock to the extent Groupflows is legally obliged to share or have a legitimate interest in sharing your Information with said investors.
- Law Enforcement and Regulators Groupflows may disclose Other Information if Groupflows receives a request for information from law enforcement or government regulators, and if Groupflows reasonably believes disclosure is in accordance with or required by any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
- To Enforce Groupflows' Rights, Prevent Fraud, and for Safety Groupflows may share Information to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Groupflows, its users, or third parties, including enforcing its contracts or policies, or in connection with investigating and preventing illegal activity, fraud, or security issues, including to prevent death or imminent bodily harm.

Groupflows may share Information with third parties when Groupflows has consent to do so from the user or as otherwise permitted in this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Groupflows may retain Information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (such as to provide the Services, including any optional features you use, and to provide customer support). This may include keeping your Other Information after you have deactivated your account for the period of time needed for Groupflows to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Groupflows' agreements.

Groupflows takes security of data very seriously. Groupflows works hard to protect Information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, Groupflows cannot guarantee that Information during transmission through the Internet or while stored on Groupflows' systems or otherwise in Groupflows' care will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Groupflows may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or Groupflows may make changes to Groupflows' services or business. If Groupflows make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, Groupflows will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the Services. Do Not Track Requests
While Groupflows values user privacy, Groupflows does not currently respond to DNT browser requests. Groupflows already limits the data it collects to the minimum amount necessary to provide the Services effectively, and all analytics data associated with Groupflows is anonymized by design.
California Privacy Rights
This section provides additional details about the personal information Groupflows collect about California consumers and the rights afforded to them under the California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA," as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act or "CPRA".
California law requires that Groupflows detail the categories of personal information that Groupflows collect and disclose for certain "business purposes," such as to service providers that assist us with securing Groupflows' services or marketing Groupflows' products, and to such other entities as described in earlier sections of Privacy Policy.

Groupflows collects this information for the business and commercial purposes described in the "How Groupflows Processes Your Information" section above. Groupflows shares this information as described in the "How Groupflows Shares and Discloses Information" section above. Groupflows does not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA or otherwise) the personal information Groupflows collects (and will not sell it without providing a right to opt out). In addition, Groupflows may allow third parties to collect personal information from Groupflows' sites or services if those third parties are authorized service providers who have agreed to Groupflows' contractual limitations as to their retention, use, and disclosure of such personal information, or if you use Groupflows' sites or services to interact with third parties or direct us to disclose your personal information to third parties.
Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information Groupflows collect (including how Groupflows use, disclose), to delete their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Groupflows will verify your request using the information associated with your account, including your email address. Government identification may be required. Consumers can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf. Authorized agents must submit proof of authorization.
