How to install Groupflows on Discord
Go to www.groupflows.com/discord and press the “Add to Discord” button.
You will then see two different ways you can install Groupflows:
Installing Groupflows in a Discord server
This lets anyone on that server use all Groupflows features (if you give them permission). It also lets Groupflows post notifications on the server. However, others can’t get Discord DMs unless they install Groupflows in their Discord accounts.
If you press “Continue” with the “in a Discord server” option selected then Discord will ask which server you want to install Groupflows in:
Select your server and press “Continue” again.
Discord will then ask you to grant Groupflows five permissions:
Do not disable any of these permissions – Groupflows needs them to function.
Press “Authorize” to install Groupflows on your server.
You will be able to use Groupflows as soon as you see this screen:
Installing Groupflows in your Discord account
This lets you use Groupflows in any Discord server and in DMs. However, other people in servers won’t be able to use Groupflows commands unless the servers install it directly. You also can’t post notifications on servers, but people can opt-in to get notified through DMs instead.
If you press “Continue” with the “in your Discord account” option selected then Discord will ask you to let Groupflows “access your username, avatar, and banner.” This is a technical formality from Discord and Groupflows won’t do anything with this information. Press “Authorize” to continue.
You will then see the final instructions on how to get Discord DMs from Groupflows:
